
Youth Program
The project aims to empower young people belonging to minorities and vulnerable groups through technological education and mental health support, with the goal reducing unemployment, promoting emotional well-being, and fostering social inclusion. Strategic partnerships with companies and educational institutions will be established to ensure the necessary resources for the effective implementation of the program. An online platform and a dedicated support application will be developed, providing easy access to the services offered. The project is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and, closely monitoring the results achieved and adjusting strategies as necessary. With a community-centred and sustainable development approach, we strive to make an impact on society.
The project
This project aims to support 20 young people from minority and vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities, women, black people, and LGBTQ+ individuals. The plan is designed to be sustainable and scalable, starting with a small number of participants and expanding as demand and partnership capacity increase. The goal is to have a long-term impact on a larger number of young people.

To be eligible, participants must:

- Come from families earning up to one minimum wage,
- Be part of a minority group, be between 17 and 25 years old (minors require parental involvement), and
- Be available to attend classes from Monday to Friday during the day for eight months (the workload will be evaluated by partner companies).
Program components
The program offers:

- Mental Health Module (40%) that includes classes and workshops on mindfulness, stress management, emotional well-being, addiction, healthy habits, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, mental disorders, self-image, self-esteem, anger management, sexuality, sexually transmitted diseases, romantic and familial relationships, adolescents' rights, values, adulthood, and responsibilities, among other pertinent topics for the age group. Individualized support is also available when necessary.
- The Employability Module (20%) supports career development, resume writing, and interpersonal skills necessary for the corporate market.
-The market Module (40%) provides comprehensive knowledge about the company's primary market or any other market the company aims to target.
